A message from our founder
We've gathered a movement before.
Thirteen years ago, one line on a Facebook page gathered over a million people.
Thirteen years ago, one line on a Facebook page gathered over a million people. That movement became Plastic Bank — and it's pulled billions of plastic bottles from coastal communities since.
What we learned: the laws and the lectures didn't move the needle. People did — choosing to help out of kindness, when no one made them.
That's what we're gathering again. This time, the mission is people.
